Caroline Rector Lawson

Caroline Rector Lawson is an Acquisitions Associate at Northwood Investors based out of New York City. Caroline has been with Northwood for 4 years and has been involved in over $1 billion of transactions of real estate acquisitions, disposals and financings across all property types in the U.S. Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Caroline worked in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking group at Credit Suisse in New York where she focused on corporate advisory assignments and capital markets transactions for the firm’s software and media clients.

Caroline graduated from Virginia Tech in 2019 with dual B.S. degrees in Real Estate and Finance, summa cum laude, from the Pamplin School of Business.
