The Financial Planning & Wealth Management Major, the Department of Finance, Insurance, and Business Law, and the Pamplin College of Business would like to congratulate Logan Rawlings on earning the Phi Kappa Phi Medallion Award. One award is presented per college, and we are beyond excited that Logan was selected to represent the College of Business.

Logan is a senior in the Financial Planning & Wealth Management program, a nationally-recognized, CFP Board-Registered Program. Throughout his time at Virginia Tech, Logan has demonstrated an unrivaled pursuit of academic excellence and a sincere passion for finance. Outside of the classroom, Logan is a Co-CEO of Bond And Security Investing by Students (BASIS), a student-run investment organization that manages over $5 Million of fixed income investments and serves on the Finance Student Advisory Council. Logan is also a member of the Financial Planning Association and is an active member in his church.

Logan has represented the Financial Planning & Wealth Management major with impeccable class and integrity. Following graduation next month, Logan will be moving to Washington, DC to join Goldman Sachs' Private Wealth Management team. We're grateful that he chose to attend Virginia Tech and are appreciative of his countless contributions to the major. We could not be more proud of Logan and this accomplishment.
