Gregory Carter

Greg Carter is a Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Products Manager for Bank of America’s Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate region.  Greg’s prior roles have included other leadership positions within the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Banking division, including managing the Home Builder Division’s underwriting function nationally.  Greg worked in Chicago from 2003 to 2011, but has spent most of his 25 years with Bank of America in the Metro D.C. area.

Greg’s 32-year real estate banking experience includes identifying capital markets opportunities, underwriting/financing commercial and residential properties, problem loan resolution, REO disposition and consumer mortgage activities.
