Mark Moore

Mark Moore is a senior financial advisor with deep experience across commercial banking, investment banking, and strategic consulting. He has spent his career helping growth-focused companies navigate complex transactions, from M&A and capital raises to bank relationship restructurings.

Mark has held executive leadership roles including Chief Lending Officer at John Marshall Bank, President at Access National Bank, Regional President at Atlantic Union Bank, and Division Executive at Sandy Spring Bank. He’s also served as an investment banker guiding middle-market M&A deals and capital formation, and as a trusted advisor to founders and CEOs managing scale, liquidity, and strategic change.

Now returning to hands-on advisory and transactional work, Mark partners with founders and leadership teams to provide clarity and confidence during high-impact financial and strategic decisions.

He remains active in the business community through board and organizational involvement, including the Virginia Tech Finance Department Advisory Board, SECAF, and ACG. He lives in Vienna, VA with his wife Julie, enjoying family life and the outdoors.
