Kyle D. Korte, Esquire

Kyle D. Korte, Esquire is a attorney at law at Wolcott Rivers Gates, a full service legal firm located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Kyle joined Wolcott Rivers in 2005, after obtaining his Juris Doctor from University of Richmond, The T.C. Williams School of Law. Immediately prior to commencing his studies at University of Richmond in 2002, Kyle graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Finance. Kyle’s practice specializes in assisting his clients in the fields of commercial real estate and banking, including asset based lending.

Kyle is active in a variety of community and business organizations, including service as a member of the Virginia Beach 2040 Vision Action Community Coalition, a coalition of representatives appointed by the Virginia Beach City Council to monitor and report the City’s progress towards achieving the its strategic goals. Additionally, Kyle has served on TowneBank’s Leadership Alliance since 2007 and has served as Chairman since 2013. Kyle is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Beach Court Appointed Special Advocates and is a current member of the Pamplin College of Business Finance Department Advisory Council.
