Jacquelin Broadwater Norell

With 20+ years of professional experience in financial management, Jackie has served in a variety of leadership and technical roles over the course of her career.  Jackie advises government clients, transforming their financial operations.  Her areas of focus include financial operations, tech adoption and modernization, service delivery model implementation, strategic planning, performance measurement, and business process improvement. Jackie also has a depth of experience as a financial analyst where she delivered cost accounting, forensic costing, and Customer Relationship Management solutions.

Jackie spends the majority of her time serving the community and clients in Southeast Virginia (Hampton Roads/Tidewater area) and North Carolina.

Jackie is the lead partner for Deloitte’s relationship with Virginia Tech and is the founder and partner champion for the 1300+ Deloitte Virginia Tech Alumni Community (Dhokies). She is involved in a variety of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and is a leader among peers as an advocate for equality, facilitates forums on unconscious bias, and encourages non-traditional hiring practices.

Jackie holds a B.A. in Chemistry and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Tech.
