Kelly Dillon

Kelly Dillon is a 2010 Finance Graduate that currently resides in beautiful Golden, Colorado with her college sweetheart (2011 Grad) and two sons. She is a daughter to two Hokie alumni who brought her to football games since she was a baby. After graduating, Kelly was an investment analyst and then spent most of her career in management consulting at Deloitte and boutique firms. RE/MAX Holdings was one of her clients that she loved to work with and they created a really exciting opportunity for her to work for them full-time. Her day to day is focused on leading business strategy across all of their companies, developing growth opportunities (organic and inorganic) and leading the teams who execute their strategic initiatives. Kelly also started a management consulting company, BaseCamp Consulting to provide pro-bono and paid strategy consulting services to non-profit companies and small businesses. Kelly is a proud Hokie and is excited to give back to the Virginia Tech community who gave her so much in her 4 collegiate years.
