Josiah Showalter

BIOGRAPHY

Judge Showalter is a presiding Circuit Court Judge for the twenty-seventh (27th) judicial circuit. He served as Montgomery County’s Commonwealth’s Attorney previous to his appointment as a Circuit Court Judge. Before his election as Commonwealth’s Attorney, Judge Showalter was in private practice. His practice ranged from criminal and civil litigation to real estate matters.
