Greg Leonard

Biography

Professor Leonard studies financial markets, with a particular focus on asset pricing, short selling, and liquidity. His research has been published in top academic journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics and Management Science, and has been presented at leading academic conferences, including the American Finance Association meetings and European Finance Association meetings. His research has also won awards from the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and Brandes Institute.

Prior to completing his Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Professor Leonard was a research associate at Cornerstone Research. In that role he consulted with attorneys and companies involved in complex commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings.
