Credit Corps is the unique opportunity for undergrads to make loans with real money to middle market businesses across a wide range of industries including the real estate industry. There is no other activity where undergrads can get that level of hands-on experience highly sought by commercial banks, investment banks, private debt (“direct lending”) companies, and others. The Credit Corps is akin to a three credit experiential capstone (senior) course for the RMB option in Finance. Credit Risk Analysis is a formal prerequisite, but those with equivalent experience will be considered for the Spring 2021 semester as will others in different options with specialized skills.
