Biography

Ms. Price is a licensed attorney, with experience in civil litigation and transactional law. Her work has focused on providing counseling and facilitating negotiations for clients involved in real-estate sales and acquisitions; advising entrepreneurs and start-ups on corporate governance and compliance matters; and drafting contracts and policy statements. She also volunteers to review corporate formation documents for small businesses and non-profits and advises microentrepreneurs on permitting, licensing, and regulatory issues. During law school, Ms. Price served as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.

Ms. Price currently teaches courses focusing on the legal and ethical environment of business. Prior to joining the Virginia Tech faculty, Ms. Price provided legal writing instruction to international LL.M. students at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law.
